Morning all, I'm needing some help finding two pivot bolts and 4 spacers for a Kingdom hex frame.

Does anyone know where I can find them or can anyone make them?

The washers are:

ID 15mm

OD 19mm

Thickness 4mm

The pivot bolts are:

Head dia 25mm

Thread length 20mm

M10

1mm thread pitch

Any help would be ace.

Thanks

Have a look here for a starter - ACCU - The land of random fixings

I'm sure other brands use similar but finding it will be tricky.

Good luck

I think I may be able to get away with a stem top cap and normal bolt.

Any genius ideas about the spacers? I have a piece of stainless tube the right size but don’t have the skills/tools to accurately cut to 4mm pieces. Any ideas?

Have kingdom gone bust? Can they not point you in the right direction?

Yes, Kingdom has ceased trading and the original guys aren't easily contactable. Shame, beautifully made frames.

Original YT Jeffsy pivot bolts are 10mm dia and 1mm tp. Can measure the bolt head dia later if you like. Mines the gen 1 27.5

theyre not threaded all the way though, which might be an issue. And the fact YT aren’t currently trading!

A local fastener supplier or machine shop would be a good bet

Link to Hawk in Middlesbrough who would be my first port of call as they are localish to me and could be near you if you live near. Don't know if they do anything by post bit could try emailing them.

Thanks. I may be sorted for the bolt as waiting for some M10 x1.0 bolts coming and going to use a stem top cap.

4mm spacers is still the issue so may try some local engineering companies.

Thanks

Place on eBay does standoff bonnet spacers in aluminium.

You can pick OD, ID and thickness and they'll machine them.

I'd get some M14 washers. ID is 15mm, some on Amazon are 2mm thick so use 2 (if the thickness is that important). OD is 28mm but just buy a file, the OD is the least important dimension.

Can you not space it out with appropriately sized washers and/or use bolts from an ironmongers?

Thanks for all the advice. Standoff bonnet spacers were just what I was after (just didn’t know what they were!). Ordered and hopefully sorted. Cheers
