I've contacted MOJO/TF with no luck, surely I don't need to throw away perfectly good forks because the top cap decided to go awol in the alps!?

Possibly a sledgehammer to crack a nut but I'm pretty sure the avalanche cartridge comes with their own top cap.

I've found activesport tend to list everything and stock nothing in the past. If they try to get it from mojo, they may get lucky.
I think activesport list a lot of stuff on ebay, I'd buy from their ebay store but not directly
