Looks like you need a sram lh shifter clamp

What brakes are you using as a match maker may work

If the bolt holes are the same as SRAM then a ''discrete clamp" would be the neatest option.

E.g.

The hope tech one would be a waste of money as it only fits hope brake levers not the shimano the OP has.

I probably have one of those SRAM bar clamps knocking about.  I can stick it in the post on Monday if you want it molgrips

D'oh. There was one in the box. Wrapped up so well I didn't see it and almost threw it out 🙂
