First impressions, very nice. Considerably lighter than my Kenevo.

Won't get to set it up properly and ride it until the weekend though

Very nice.

Your bush could do with a trim.

Love a new bike day. That looks really nice 👍

Would be interested to hear your views on it once you've had a ride.

Don't post it on the 'acoustic' bike topic. You'll get battered off the ebike grumps

All the more reason to post it there 🤣

Here's my nfebfcd (new folding electric bike first commute day)

And my first attempt at uploading a picture on the new forum day. 🤔

Only had a ride round the block after setting everything to my preference

I'm used to the power delivery of Brose motors, so no surprises there for me. The old one was quieter than every other ebike I've ridden with, but this one is virtually silent.

Geometry isn't wildly different to my old Kenevo (after I mulleted it), which is a good thing. Just a tad longer in places.

Feels a lot more nimble and isn't bad to pedal after the cut off, doesn't feel like you hit a wall.

Proper ride and report tomorrow

Yes, decking, fence etc....

First proper ride today so thought I'd give a bit of feedback (doesn't look like that many are interested though 🤣)

Rides really well, not as much of a point and shoot as the Kenevo, but it's 6kg lighter and as such, so much more nimble - gates are a damn sight easier too.

The Code Stealth Ultimates are absolutely great

Weirdly, size S4 does feel a tiny bit on the small side. The numbers looked right on paper, I thought it would feel a bit roomier. It's not to the point of feeling cramped though, just wonder if I could have got away with an S5.

First big hill, the motor got really noisy and I had a feeling through the pedals akin to a grinding bearing. It went away and was fine for the next 18 miles. One to keep an eye on 👀

24 miles, 3300ft of elevation, used a mix of power settings, mostly trail, a bit of turbo, but that much eco and used microtune a bit (goes up and down 10% on the buttons). 35% battery left at the end

Recently started using Garmin (Epix watch and 840 Edge). The bike connects to them and gives some good info

No PR's but breezed up a section I often struggle to maul the Kenevo up

Beautiful out there at the moment

Looks good - it’s been v nice weather down here too!

It looks like you’re on a ~35mm stem so you could swap to a 50mm for some more room?

Gonna split the difference, ordered a 42mm

Nice. Good to hear there is someone else selecting their ebike based on whether you can actually lift it over a fence or hike a bike at all.

Out of interest, how tall are you? I flirted with buying a specialized, but couldn't quite get comfortable with their sizing. The advent of XXL bikes has been a revelation for me, but they are a bit uncommon for ebikes.

Nice! Could also look to lower stem and get higher rise bars with less backsweep

5'11"

It's started feeling a bit more like it fits me today.I think the lowish stack might be playing with my mind. Have the 42mm stem coming and also bought a set of 50mm Deity risers before I got the bike as I thought the stack might be too low.

Rides bloody amazingly though
