In Carmarthen Hobbs cycles might be open (Brechfa directin).
But both of those will need a detour.

Biped Cycles in brecon should be open till 4pm, you can ring the shop to make sure on 01874 622296. Little bit out of your way though
Summit Cycles in Aber won't be open as they are shut on Sundays normally anyway. Not sure about Clive Powells but worth a try if you are going past.
