Condensed my two hardtails into one.Â
Size medium, Banshee Enigma mullet.
Summer trail bike and winter hardtail.
This is it in summer mode. Me and Simon have a 200m mile ish, NYM 4 dayer coming up in May. Over winter it might have a Helm Coil and 27.5 fork as I already have that.
Anyways, it's a lovely looking frame 😎
Try again!
I give up, you'll have to imagine it 🙂
I upload photos by selecting my media, browsing for what i want to upload, then once they're uploaded, tick the insert to thread box. They should appear. Hth.
Don't know if that's the proper way, but it works for me!
Very nice! But do you have a battery for Deliverooing in that bag? 😉
See, thats the problem with everyone these days, they want everything right now, no patience 😉
Thanks Tom83 and Simon.
That's a fantastic looking bike. I do like a clean lined hardtail. 🙂
Never heard of it so looked it up and it looks like it ought to be a great all rounder. Â
Looks awesome, I've always fancied a Banshee and raw is the correct colour! Wanted a Paradox but think the stack is too high for me. What's the Enigma like as a mullet then?
Worth the wait for pics, she's a beaut!Â
Thanks chaps, I've only had a quick spin so far but next weekend we have 4 days of North York Moors stuff planned so I will report back...
Bike like that needs a Fox 36 no?
I've got a coil Helm for that kind of riding, this in Summer trail/bike packing mode.Â
To be fair, I don't really ride a hardtail like that these days, I've get an Edit for that.
Just back from our 4 day, 197.5 mile North Yorkshire Moors trip and thought I'd add an update.
The bike didn't disappoint. The mullet rear meant I could still use at least 150mm of dropper post without my Toploader scraping, which meant that I could ride things like the Dark Horse at Kilburn even on a loaded bike, all be it a lot slower than normal, obviously.
I could almost convince myself of the frames claims of having a little give but that could just be the 2.6 Rekon...Â
I'll admit that my only concern about the bike was the really short chainstays and climbing but I never gave it another thought. My legs gave out long before the bike.
Overall, consider me pleased. I'll try and find the time to try it on some local steeps next while they are Forecaster/Rekon friendly...
