Hmm, you should probably try viewing the link on a platform which zooms Streetview links properly (on my phone viewing it in the Google Maps app rather than in the browser works - in the browser it is impossible to zoom in, and you won't get the point until you do). If you view the link on a platform which doesn't break it there is no road in the picture.

Or, better still, why don't you just post up a screen shot as it appears you're the only one that sees anything to what has been shown in that screen grab..

Some people cycling along a private road? Is that a palace? I'd probably cycle that too, if I wanted to go that way.

We were told off by a jobsworth plod for letting our Son cycle along there...on his Islabike Rothan.

I suspect a Rothan legally counts as a scooter, so he was wrong - it appears those aren't banned in the bylaws (though skateboards and rollerskates are). Was up at the top end of that pic eating our fish and chips this evening when a non-official looking vehicle drove up to where we were and back down again, so I was checking the streetview to confirm my memory that there is nothing to prevent vehicles driving up there from the road when I spotted those cheeky chaps. Disappointed to see that the bylaw mentions cycles rather than bicycles 😉
