OK, I could go into lots & lots of detail, but if you really want to know exactly what bikes I'm talking about then just search my posts 😛
So, I have a 29'er rigid SS, a 26" rigid SS, a 26" 150mm FS & a 26" OO 456 (I have mentioned the last one for a reason), I'm thinking one SS is enough, so if I convert the 29er to a HT 2x9/10 then I have no use for the 26" HT.
The trouble is the 26" SS is a bit small, but then I have recently been thinking what exactly is wrong with running a long stem & a set back post? (is anyone else thinking Stooge?) I know the current trend is for short stem, but it wasn't that long ago that 110-140mm was acceptable so if I could use the 26" as an SS I would then be able to sell the 26" HT for precisely F all, so my question is....
What would you do if you were in the same position?

Why do you need more than one bike?
If you need a full sus, and a hardtail, why not sell all your bikes, and buy two new ones that fit you, and are all new and shiny?

As for the op, I'd keep the fs and the 29" ss. Sell the rest and put the money towards something else.
It's like stumbling on MBR's target market here...
Why not sell the rigid 26"?
The thing is I don't want to sell anything, but space is a problem, I like having a SS, I like having a HT, & a FS for the odd foray, but I don't really need one of those, it's the need V's want that's getting to me, I would SS the carbon 456, but it would look shite compared the Ti one 😉

Personally, I don't like not being able to get off the back of my bike.
Long for me is anything over 70mm.

I would stick with the full suss and the 29er as well, you could easily switch between 1x10 and SS if you wanted gears
be prepared for underwhelming response to the ones you are trying to flog, there's a lot of stuff out there with 26in wheels but everyone thinks they are obsolete... (ok let's not go there..) so there is less demand for perfectly good bikes.

So you need to get rid of a bike, you have two singlespeeds, you only need one singlespeed, and one of them doesn't fit you?
Seems straightforward.
Be brave.
Get rid of all of them. Buy one thing you really fancy. Ride it as your only bike for a year. Then see if you maybe fancy a different bike, or another one.

I'm also in the "sell the lot and start again" camp.
Doing pretty much that myself now (MTBs only) and it's very liberating.
It's funny how one bike can make much less sense when another in your "stable" has gone/changed.
What would you do if you were in the same position?
I'd probably just ride the bikes I already have. Or put the front end from the 29er rigid singlespeed on the 26" SS and then convert it to 650B+. Or just convert the 29er to 650B+ so you're on message... and then go riding?
