It's that time to change out the chainring again. What size of chainring are people generally running for 1 x 10 / 1 x 9 set ups? I'm used to a 32t but tempted to go 34t, will I die riding natural tweed valley stuff? Im running a 11-32 cassette. Cheers!

Depends if you like pushing a big ring,if you don't then yes you will definitely die,I run a hope 34 NW and 36 on the cassette and i can make it up hills with a bit of sweating,I need a 40T expander for the cassette really, have a go of both see how you get on.
