Basically, I can’t get the bead to seat/stay on the rim, with or without a tube.
Tyre is a Minion FBF 26x4.8 EXO TR, I had it set up with tubes, worked fine, tried to set it up tubeless and in doing so, blew the tyre off the rim. Now, the bead is super loose and anything more than about 3-4 psi (fat tyre remember) and the bead pops out of the rim, even with a tube.
Anything I can do, or new tyre time?

Sometimes the beads just stretch, but either way the tyre is done
