it's branded on the side....i'm lookin for a quick release to replace it but can't find any at 34 mm what size do i need..............

A frame ID would be a good idea
mine does as well, but it's sold as a 34.9 and it fit's my 34.9 seat tube a treat.
i got one of these, it works really well - better than hope and on-one unit's i've used!

Bianch M.U.T.T from '06ish.........it's just the commuter so i'm not lookin at spendin loads on it.
What size seatpost (not a guarantee but you can usually get a rough idea of the seat clamp from the seatpost size) - if it's 30.9 or 31.6 then it's most likely a 34.9 seat clamp.
