Thought I'd share a pic of the new beast, very happy indeed and can't wait to hit the trails later this week. On that note I'm 14 stone and was wondering what other 5 owners of a similar weight have their front/rear shocks set to?

Sit on it, and pump up the shocks until they are how you like them. Then play with the rebound/compression settings.

Very nice.

My son and I were admiring one just like that yesterday at Alpine Bikes in Inverness.

Great bike! I've had my Pro now for around a month and it is just a brilliant all round bike.

Top tip, ditch the shimano chain as mine snapped yesterday after less than a dozen rides! they are not covered under warranty either.

My advice on suspension is just to set up the sag and ride it for a while. You can change settings later.

I was 13'2 earlier this year but now down to 12'7 so the Five must be doing something to help!

What length reverb do orange supply the 380 or 410 mm long? It will make the difference on frame size.
