My girlfriend wants pretty shoes to look good on her road bike, but she wants to use flat pedals.

(she has dmr v8 pedals - which she likes)

i've tried suggesting she try clippy pedals, but she's not at all interested.

does anyone have any suggestions?

(awaiting the tumbleweeds)

MTB rather than road, but my wife wears these with her V8s.

She might be interested in clipless if she knew these were available!

£54? (clicky piccie) It's "freerunning" shoe, so a bit flexier than a cycling shoe would be, but some people like that (I do). Still got the Stealth Dotty rubber.

I think they look pretty darn good. Them not being available in my size saves me deliberating about whether I start buying women's shoes.

apologies for the late response.

Mrs ahwiles (we're not married - so that felt a bit weird) has considered the suggestions so far.

Mrlebowski: she likes the road shoe aeshetic, but appreciates that they probably won't work well with flat pedals.

colournoise: she's not a fan of pink, and they're not different enough from her black 5:10's. but thankyou.

nedrapier: a good suggestion, the white and blue will match her frame nicely. We will investigate these further.

thanks all! 🙂

Mr Ahwiles, I can vouch for those Five Tens, they're what I ride in most of the time now (obviously not on the road bike though)
