I built up a Stooge mk4 recently and it's absolutely brilliant aside from the fact that the bolts on the driveside dropout keep coming loose.
There are three bolts and I'm doing them up just as tight as the non-driveside, and that side is holding fine.
I'm now a bit worried that there's been some damage done to the threads, as after a few laps of Gisburn today I noticed they'd come loose again, and I've no idea how long I'd been riding like that.
The only plans I can see are (1) get a bit of loctite in there (I'll have to buy some I guess), or (2) get some longer bolts and put nuts on the otherside to hold it tight, which isn't ideal.
The dropout looks like this, though I doubt this is much help:

Loctite em!
Loctite.
Fit a gear dangler and stop the strain/spin cycle. 🙃
If loctite doesn't work, then longer bolts with probolt alloy nyloc nuts in black wouldn't look too bad, last resort is always a helicoil DIY kit.
Chain's slack !
