My MW80s have given up on me after many years of good service so I'm thinking of just getting some MW81s. Any significant changes I should be aware of (particularly sizing)?

much narrower i found. had the 80's for six years....sold the 81's after 3 rides.

Strange that Ton I found the exact opposite. MW80's were narrow MW81's much more toe wiggle room.
Though I have had odd sizing issues with Shimano stuff in the past so perhaps the tolerances in their footwear is not that good?
I had to go a size larger on 81's compared to the 80's
