Im hoping to do a Trans Savoie/Provence or similar in 2015, a way off but next year is out and it will give me a chance to save and train.

What other events are there which are similar to the TS/TP as entry is clearly going to be an issue? Looking at week long overseas events?

Im hoping that by next year there will be plans afoot for more similar events too so there will be a backup available.

Anyone seen or heard or any others ideally europe based?

I believe there's a trans Andes and trans Himalayas

Also ukge are looking at doing a 4 day event apparently

I don't think any of those three are "enduro" races, more endurance.

Yeah they arent quite what i had in mind!

Australia has heaps of multi day stage races though more endurance rather than euduro (format is generally race/cruise/race/cruise) spending a couple of weeks riding hard while everyone else is complaining about snow and mud can't be a bad thing.

Not that many other TS/TP style events that I've seen. Here's a couple though not much help for next year. This one in Chile sounds cool but entry date is past already:
