I'm doing it, rode the course on Wednesday and a mud tyre at the back is very much recommended. Also it's a pretty tough course, exciting everywhere, but the climbs are short and steep and need real power to clean.

Aye, I'll be there, on a somewhat battered looking Cotic Hemlock.
Looks like it'll be soggy, never ridden at Pitmedden before but there's a fair bit of talk of mud tyres...

I'll be doing the 2 lap version, knobbly tyres are a must I reckon! 🙂
