Anyone crossed london taking their bike on the Overground? I'd be going from Euston Station to Richmond so would be changing at Willesden junction as well.

Do you get glared at even more by people than usual by people in london when attempting it?

You can do it, but only between certain hours on the overground trains.

I used to take my mtb between Uxbridge & Wembley Park on the tube every now & again.
Sometimes they'd let you on even if it was peak times, but would ask you to go to a carriage at either end of the train (I assume they think they will be quieter). Other times they would not let you on until peak time had passed & even then would grumble at you.
