I posted last week asking about these guys as i had never used them before and couldnt find a physical shop location online
After getting positive reviews from people on here i went ahead and ordered a dropper post through them, within 8 hours of my order i had an email saying it had been despatched via a 48hr service
Post arrived 2 days later, everything spot on, fitted the post only to find that it was leaking oil from the air valve!
Emailed mtbriders.co.uk explaining the issue and showed them a picture
Within 4 hours i had a reply from Greg who said another dropper post was already in the post to me along with a return label for the leaking post!
48hrs later the new post arrived, fitted and working fine, old post boxed up with the return label fitted ready to go back on Monday
All i can say is if you need anything then give https://www.mtbriders.co.uk/ a visit and order from them
Truely great customer service, most other companies would want the leaking post back first before sending out as replacement
They have been added into the best bike shops sub folder in my bike related bookmark section! (there is also a sub folder for worst bike shops to remind me not to use them!)
