Mtb-You’ve got the Cobbler on your doorstep although there’ll be hunners of walkers at half term. I prefer the descent from Beinn Ime-about 2km past the Cobbler turn off. May be wild in February though! Straight over the A83 and onto the forest paths that lead up to the Cobbler proper. Unless you’ve got the skills don’t bother with the top hundred metres or so. Otherwise there’s Glen Loin, descent from approx Loch Sloy. It’s ok for a half decent spin. Forest gravelly climbs to get there initially. There’s a couple of ‘enduro’ lines down through the trees at Succoth if you can find them, Strava may assist. The rest (Ardgarten peninsula) is pretty much a gravel fest with views.

The Glen Loin loop is a decent short ride, good one if you want a quick ride in the morning from the door. Cobbler also if you can go early and avoid walkers.

Loads and loads of fireroads around there, OS map time

Slightly further afield you've got a man made trail in Lochgilphead, stuff in Dunoon, Auchindrain wilderness loop

The descent from Corran Lochan to LochGoilhead is very good, long gravel road climb up to it, steep singletrack descent.

@woody71 get on Trailforks mate there’s a few really good MTB trails up at. Ardgarten

when you head in to the car park for the wee visitor centre go past in and over the wee bridge

take a left up the roof and continue till it pretty much stops

theres a big barrier,go past thag and there’s a few trails out that way, also the lads have been building so trails higher up the fire road

And to be fair their not wee easy trails,Some Red/Black trails

The canoeing is lovely too, loads of wildlife; seals,  porpoise etc.

To answer the question you didn't ask, you also have Fyne Ales over at the top of Loch Fyne. Whilst you're over that way Ardkinglas Estate had nice gardens and is worth a visit if you have kids.
