Theres never been any signs about the hillfort (well not in the last decade)
The blue route at Woburn circumnavigates it, im not aware of any new trails cutting through it.
Bits have been chewed up by forestry vehicles and the sandy soil is easily eroded, the forestry works take priority , pretending bikes make difference is nonsense

Obviously there are loads of variables/ constraints/ caveats to be considered but at face value it seems that the riders are avoiding the camp (as shown on the OS map as a ovoid embankment; I have not got a pic of this) and there is far more walking and hiking activity on the camp compared with riding activity.
