Hi - I’m after some MTB trousers with a very active waist 🙂
I’m usually size 38” but after some trousers which will be a great fit. No shops near me so can only do online - need a long leg also. Any recommendations after a nice comfy fit 🙂
I like fox trousers but find I need to size down!
38" waist, 5'11 tall here. Endura MT500 Burner work for me. They could be shorter for a more perfect fit on me, but no complaints. Slim enough to not flap around, decent stretch, room for pads. HTH
36-38" waist here, 5'9" tall (honest...). I've XL size Decathlon AM ones. £40 bargain. They say they're for 37" waist, xxl is up to 41" but they're nice and stretchy.

Same waist.... TLD from Merlin....

They're generous in waist and generous enough to allow knee pads.
Also have a look at the Keela Roadrunners - lots of sizing options, great quality and a bit cheaper than some of those from fox/endura etc -
42'' waist here.
Keela roadrunners are by far the best cycling trousers i have ever used. been using em for 10 years or so now...... but i recently bought some Endura humvee's. and so far these are pretty good too.
Nukeproof Blackline. Inexpensive, well made, stretchy, comfy. Plenty of 'give' and adjustment in the waist. I have big calves so Fox wouldn't fit. TLD were weirdly tight under the crotch. I'm 5'10" with a 38-40" waist depending on whether I'm eating puddings.
