As you probably know Ironbridge is a steep-sided gorge with the south side all woods - some good stuff there to be found but it's all footpaths and prime walker territory. So some care required. Small-ish area though so good and easy to explore.
I have a couple of Long Mynd routes (Church Stretton) on my work pc that I can email you tomorrow if req - they're quite well described though so a local will probably post before that with info. Also discussed on here a fair bit so you may turn some up with a forum search.

Also look at the Wrekin and the Ercall, two adjacent hills to the immediate west of Telford. Again offical access is bobbins so routes don't tend to be publicized. Lots of jumps built at the Ercall if that is your thing.

There are a few cheeky trails on the opposite side of the river from Ironbridge (heading towards the power station). As well as the Long Mynd you are not that far from Ludlow, Eastridge or Hopton Wood.

A couple of similar threads which might be of use;

I've done a trailquest near Church Stretton. There's a few good bridleways around there if you don't mind linking them up by road.
