Looking for some options to mix up a hiking holiday.
What do you suggest within an hour-ish's drive from Strathpeffer? To the west, northwest, or southwest - no point heading back south having gone up.
More wanting scenic adventures than tech, but red-black tech along the way is fine. Lots of pushing is bad, carrying is a no. I'll bring my lite eMTB, so 40-50km with up to 1200m is fine without knackering me for the next day.
Torridon is within reach but I don't want steep and rocky. I need my fitness, intact body, and functioning bike to last the week.
