Hi
Looking for a few options of a loop in the Tetbury area (don't mind travelling 30-60 mins).
TIA
Depends what style of riding you want? north nibley has a lot of bike park style stuff with some tech ish singletrack, stinchcombe/Dursley has singletrack stuff. Xc I would head around selsley common/Woodchester way. Cranham/birdlip had loads but not sure what is there as some trails were shut down.
There is a lot of bridleway style xc around. It’s possible to link up a lot of spots to make a big ish ride. Largely without going on the roads too much
Nearest XC trails loops are from Nailsworth which you could also ride to from Tetbury, it's all bits of trail linked up by road, likely allow for 100' of up per mile in your ride.
Nailsworth, back O' Woodchester, Coaley Peak, Selsley, Water Lane, Bear Hill, Garlic Woods, Minch Common, The Ladder sees you drop back into Nailsworth. It's my regular loop and is lovely right now.
XC stuff will be fine, I'll take a look selsey common đŸ™‚
@qwerty do you have a .gpx / strava link at all ? no biggy if not but just in case
This is a route from the Vertebrate guides Cotswold book, starts and finishes in Crudwell but basically circles Tetbury so you could hop on it at any point. It's very XC, to be honest would probbaly be classed as a gravel ride these days, but a scenic potter out nonetheless

Thanks IHN - a scenic potter sounds great

Is also a good resource for local-ish rides not that far from Tetbury..
