Family holiday coming up and taking the bikes. Any nice Singletrack and fun little segments locally?

Thanks

Not much straight out the door. Its very flat round there. You aren't too far from North Nibley, which is a local riding hot spot. Or pop over the bridge and its 45 mins to the Forest of Dean or Cwmcarn

The stretch between Dursley and Cranham has a fair bit of riding. Lovely and dusty at the minute!

Yeah what has already been said, North Nibley and Dursley have some good single-track, or if you have a taxi drop-off available, Leckhampton - Cranham - Randwick - Selsley - Dursley - North Nibley is a great one-way ride. From Nibley it's very flat back to Oldbury, but pretty boring back roads.

I'm in France for 3 weeks, otherwise I'd offer to show you around. If riding at North Nibley, best to park at top of Old London Road, above Wotton-Under-Edge. The woods have lots of flat singletrack stuff, then steep runs off the side of the hill, with fairly obvious routes back up.

Give Graham Foot from Slam69 a shout… Knows everything there is worth riding in the whole of Gloucestershire and more, and now he’s mostly retired, he’s often up for a ride and to show people round…
