Stopping over in st fillans in November.any good or bad riding,or updated info on existing rides,will goto comrie myself.but after stuff wife can do or walk,looked at few places,glen finglas,ben venue..newton bridge..seems so many.just up to date.do or don't.ie ruined ny logging or time of year.cheers
you can just about bike up the monroe ben chonzie
there is some biking around the monument and on the trails around either side of the river that goes through the devil's cauldron, Get an OS map and have an explore
comrie croft has some suggestions for routes outside of the trail centre
Was up Ben Chonzie a few weeks back, possibly one of the quickest up n down Munro's in the country, and some lovely singletrack up top too. 3/4 of it is a kinda old school rough quadtrack type climb/descent. 2.5 hours all in is about right.

Comrie itself is sublime, and I'm no really a trail centre fan any more!
All depends on how your Mrs rides no pun intended but the top of a Munro at this time of year can be quite a challenge to say the least. Cycle along the south side of Loch Earn to L'head, pub with a roaring fire, the up the old railway line to the top of Glen ogle easy climb then if the weather is good wing it down to Killin all easy off road more food stops available and the wee burn there is a good photo stop. Then retrace your steps. Alternatively at Lochearnhead head south to Callander, scenic and off road. You will be in her good books maybe
Balqhidder trails are ace, black/red route up top can get boggy. Worth heading up to the lochan at the col above the tree line. Beautiful.
Glen Ogle - Glen Dubh - Lix Toll is a classic route in the area. Don't be deceived by the 10km of double track - it's proper fun rocky Singletrack. Then you potter round the other half on the old railway. You can extend by heading across towards Loch Breachlaich towards Loch Tay. Dive down into the woods along Auchmore Gorge, follow your nose around the surprising Singletrack on the way down to Killin.
As above, Ben Chonzie is 'easy' Munro and Ben Vorlich the 'challenging' Munro, both weather and snow dependent.
Glen Ample loop including Loch Lubnaig is a classic. Not much Singletrack now, mainly double track, but the views are spectacular and it's a nice slice of Highland riding.
There is a nice loop of estate road and river path around Comrie, the monuments and towards Crieff. Lovely riding.
Finally Crieff Knock has some really fun trails, including great ride up from and descent to Gilmerton.
And don't forget Comrie Croft.

Another route is Glen Artney through to Callander, north on NCN7 (which is stunning), and then south Loch Earn back to the start (St Fillans).

A nice walk from Comrie is up to Melville's monument, lovely views. You can walk up the front or there's a back way you can do on a bike.
