Does anyone know of any courses like this? Not looking for anything too crackers just something that will give me the basics and allow me to strip my bike down and service it when needed.....so I don't make a pigs ear of things!

Riders Cycle Centre in Skipton does that kind of thing, I believe. He also has a lovely woodburner in his workshop.
