Anyone know of any decent guides based out around that way geared towards the enduro style stuff rather than xc? Fairly close to some decent hills so there must be something there. Going out there in May and fancy taking the mtb for a bit of riding. Appreciate there is shed loads of good road stuff there.

I would definitely recommend going out with a guide. I took my road bike with me in that area and it seemd to me there was a real paucity of MTB trails as all the land seemed to be private. I am sure there are some great trails but you'd need someone to show you where they are.
