Hi all
The kids are getting into biking and my son has started using my cycling kit. He's written off my two sets of gloves already and now needs another set, as I also do now, and probably a spare. Mtb gloves are just too expensive....has anyone had any luck with work gloves that perform adequately for this task?

Problems you might have are size - they only seem to sell gloves for those with large hands - maybe all builders have large hands....!

Have you looked on CRC? They normally have decent prices for cycling gloves if you don't mind last years colours.

Too Expensive?

I've got the Recon & the Comp Repeater gloves & they are fine. Not as good as a pair of £20 Specialized (fit my hands well), but fine for the money...

Try screwfix, I used some of theirs as winter bike gloves and they were fine
