I just discovered these while looking for a helmet. The Troy Lee Oversender...

I'm already sold on the idea of riding dungarees and I've been waiting for them to become a thing but I'm not paying over £400 for the Poc version. At this price I don't mind experimenting. I'd rather try these than a onesie for the versatility of switching tops and jackets.
I can't find any information about these. No reviews, no videos. Annoying lack of size info for someone who switches between L and XL. Before I guinea pig them does anyone know of any alternatives that might be worth a try?
Anyone already out there shredding with braces on and a clean arse crack?
I thought STW did a test of some? Got a good review followed by “how much?” !
No waterproofing
Looks like loose flappy ankles taken in for the on bike photo - that or they're a lot more fitted than the image of the dungarees looks.
Very loose flappy catchy looking on top in the jump photo
Pointless rear pockets.
huge pointless front pocket.
They're just normal dungarees with a tld badge and an extra 0 on the price tag aren't they?
I'm not really seeing anything much to appeal, maybe I'm just not the target market?
Hopefully not a daft question but what do those give you that a proper top and bottoms don't?
They don't look quite as daft as the boil-in-the-bag onesie mince, but I'm not quite sure I'm getting these either. They appear to be baggier and thicker bib tights, so still likely to be very hot and don't appear to have much ventilation - aside from the gaping open top...

I've only seen the Poc ones which are £450. There's even a comment from me asking for cheaper alternatives!
I just want them for winter slime and uplift days. Don't want waterproofs, already got some and run far too hot in them. These could do double duty on the motorbike as I could wear knee pads and tuck them into boots for days on the trails.
Ronnie Mac stylee
The TLD ones are really basic, I'm sure they do a job that's worthwhile for some people but for me they just tick none of the boxes that'd make riding dungarees make sense for my riding, while keeping all the drawbacks. I suppose there's 2 different directions to go with these and what I'd want is "winter riding trousers but more so" while these are more on-and-off-bike kit.
(tbf I don't get why they're better for "digging and riding" than any other workwear though)
Madison have riding dungaroos coming out very shortly. Look like a good job OP.
Ha ha ha wait till you need a stealth poo in the woods 👉💩👈😂
I have dungas for workshop days, they only really make sense when it's really chilly and when all your layers are under the braces. Otherwise just no.

Oh yeah, I remember hearing about those. No sign of them yet though.

I have some waterproof dungarees shorts from Polaris.

I know.
Whats the point? I'm not really sure to be honest. I do quite like them though.
The high back keeps the water from running down inside the shorts. Wearing a pack whilst riding means you're pretty well protected. They're sweatier than non waterproof shorts and I still end up with mud in my pants (padded undershorts) on really wet days. Obviously, on really wet days the water gets in because they're shorts and only come down to my knees.
What I've found them to be good for though is days where the ground is wet but it's not raining. Splashing though puddles all day, I do stay slightly drier and midly happier than wearing normal shorts.
I don't wear them often but do like the concept.
I've got 2 pairs of riding trousers that come out in the depths of winter when I know it's going to be a wet, cold day. They both get wet, heavy and fall off my waist. At least with braces, the trousers are going to stay put.
Hopefully not a daft question but what do those give you that a proper top and bottoms don’t?
I have high thighs and a big arse and most trousers don't have enough bum so they slip down. I try to tighten the belt to keep them up or even use braces but there often just isn't enough material. Larger sizes either have too big a waist or far too much room in the front. Dungarees would solve the whole problem, like bin tights do on road.
So I'd be in like Flynn if the right garment were available at the right price.
I just want them because I mostly do winch and plummet style riding and don't need super technical winter clothing for crossing snowy tundras.
Anything that covers the gap between your arse and your jersey when you're hunched over smashing through puddles is welcome because it stops the slime and grit going up your back and sliding down your crack. Bib shorts kind of work but they're not very thick and they still let cold splashes of water run straight into your nether regions.
And also as mentioned above they won't start sliding down when they're wet and heavy and you don't have to rely on pulling a belt too tight.
I'm generally a late adopter to things but can't see me wearing these anytime soon. But I suppose they're not really much different to bib tights, which I do wear.
I suppose they are the logical progression from riding in a plaid shirt. They’re more redneck than lumberjack though.

I think they are a great idea, but now discontinued. Like Molly I end up with builder's bum which dungarees would prevent. Unfortunately, £450 for a grit-free crack is too high a price to pay.
Lol yes Mudhugger is much cheaper 🙂

Not for anyone riding behind you. Maybe get a gofundme page tattooed on your arse. (better for all involved than inviting than cash donations in the slot)
🤣🤣🤣
Great idea, farmer ones will be about £30 I’d think.
It would make sense for water proof trousers/shorts to be higher up your back to prevent the inevitable gap, but more like salopettes than dungarees.
They look a bit silly imo, sorry.

Just had a pair of Oversenders turn up.
Size medium the same as all my other TroyLee shorts/troos.
They're a tad tight and a little short.
Think I'm going to send them back for a Large.
I'm 6'- 32"waist and 80KG for reference.
They actually look like they'll be pretty good for riding in.
Reinforced bollock area and nice and stretchy.
I didn't buy any yet, I'm waiting for payday. I've been on a bit of a, erm, spending spree last month.
Do us a favour though, put on your best flannel and get some pictures up!
Reinforced bollock area and nice and stretchy.
I actually need this. My trousers always fail in the gooch area first.
Useless without Pictures
I'll put some pictures up of me wearing them when I've grown a mullet and dodgy tash.
You might have to wait a while for that.
What's the gain with dungarees over a pair of trousers with braces?
I have a pair of winter trousers that were too tight in L but the waist won't go tight enough on XL.
Braces have kept them in check
I see fox are making them with built in braces this year 😀
Incredibly awesome winter trousers below 5. I run cold and my got they are hot

Those Fox troose with braces look braw. You don't get that videogame plumber though.
Also how'd you cope without a chest snack pocket?
What’s the gain with dungarees over a pair of trousers with braces?
Braces help but they don't add more material for your back, and there's still a waistband.
What’s the gain with dungarees over a pair of trousers with braces?
No waistline, no belt, supremely comfortable, loads more material front and back to keep the cold and mud out. You can keep at least one big sarnie in the chest pocket.
For the poor people out there I would like to checkout the cut on these from decathlon

They look better than standard milking waterproof overalls and are both listed as highly breathable
I'd like to try those Fox ones, if they were a third the price.

You're in luck.

Size Large have just arrived and a a much better fit that the Mediums.
Not quite answering the original question but I wear cut off ex raf goretex overtrousers held up by bracers. Cheap and effective.

I have tried this too. One set as shorts another as full trousers. The shorts work on but I found the trousers just too big. I am already running a medium instead of a large but they are too baggy, need to try to take them in but then their is sealing the seam.
Some of the new Madison ones are now in stock -

Balls. Beaten to it by a day.
Looks good but I'll have to wait for the sales at that price!
Regular Madison trousers look alright and can regularly be had for around half price. Maybe I should try some of those before I go full redneck.
i have the fox ones. Used them all last winter on my work commute. As some have pointed out, its a pair of trousers with a high back. no negatives.
obvs worn with a jacket too.
