What 4 pots similar in price and performance are you lot using - comparable with mt5s
Is there a reason for not using mt5?
I've currently got them on 2/3 bikes and looking at the 3rd. anything else to consider for it
At a similar price I would imagine something like Sram guide re. Over that price it would be codes or Hayes dominion a4 I imagine.
I bought my magura mt5 for £75 each and most equivalents tend to be higher.
I bought guide re cheap on crc but I don't really think they are on same level.
If you have them on 2 out of 3, then stick with them. No point making life hard with different bleed kits, different pads etc. The only thing to consider is changing the lever for a different feel if you want to.

Just fitted some, reasonably straightforward, cutting re-assembly, all easy enough. bleeding is a bit of PITA as no bleeding edge, so endless 2 syringe back and forth, weirdly getting pads in and out is a struggle (might be just me). In use perfectly fine. wouldn't wholly recommend them over anything else at the same price.
CRC had Code R on offer for just below £100 an end recently. Might be worth seeing if they still have them.
But if you have all the stuff for bleeding MT5 and you like them then why not just get the same again?
Shimano Deore 6120 are excellent brakes, and can be had for around £50-£60 an end.
I paid closer to £100 an end during the Covid boom and don't feel short-changed. They basically feel the same as my trusty Zees.
Got bleed kits for All brakes
Find some 2nd hand Zee or Saints
I prefer the MT5 to saint and sram, in terms of braking force and feel, but the levers are shit.
I’d be looking at the Hayes.
If you're going for SRAM I think you need at least RS to get the swinglink to get a decent lever feel.
I run Code calipers with Guide RSC levers on one bike and Guide Ultimate levers on the other and find them excellent.
deffo not sram - never liked the feel - that's just a personal thing though
MT5s with Oak Components levers...
They now do a mt5 pro set ,4 pot mt5 caliper with the much nicer 1 finger lever .
Got mine for just over £200 from winstanleys
Highly recommended
And comes with rotors 203/180 currently £207
Mt5 (with a 1 finger lever) is a great brake, just stick with them. Super easy to do a quick lever end only bleed too.
If only r2 would still deliver sub €160
