Can anyone recommend a good company for a few days guided riding in Tenerife?
We are looking for something shuttle assisted with technically difficult trails.
Lavatrax. I went for a days guided ride with Darren a couple of years back.
Shuttle up to 2300m, then the ride was pretty much downhill all the way to the coast.
I think the route was called 'rottemere's descent', it should be on the website.
Really good riding, all sorts of terrains and some nice techy bits to have a go at too.
Don't muck around with the cactus, they bite! Another recommendation for Darren. Ask for a trip to Arenas Negras, not technical but stunning scenery.
Another recommendation for Lavatrax here. And wear pads and baggies. The lava cuts pretty bad if you slide out on it.

Went about six weeks ago, got some mates who still live there, I used to as well and most trails are difficult to find if you dont have local knowledge. Got some bloody belting fast technical XC routes in the south and north on Strava.
