What's the mountain biking like around Ashbourne? Anyone got any good links or route descriptions?

Yeah, that's the book, it's also got routes around Manifold, Middleton, Longnor, Grangemill, Cromford, and as MartynS says 5 Dales at Darley Bridge is a great ride.
