Looking for a week in Europe somewhere amazing cost not an issue BUT mrs is coming too so need somewhere not too far from the beach for her and not too far from the mountains for me. Probably looking to ride every other day so I don't get moaned at too much , looking at may time . Thanks people .

Google basque mtb Doug is a top guide and we stayed over looking a stunning beach
With lots of non cycling things with in easy reach

Thanks for the recommendations guys! Chris, give me a shout if you like, we do his'n'hers quite often. There's plenty to do that isn't biking, with the beach and also San Sebastian is v. close. Bilbao is also doable as a day trip for the Guggenheim etc.

We´re based right on the beach with a large pool & gardens to keep the OH happy.
40% discount for non-bikers.
Stunning singletrack rides with plenty of bus uplift during the day & fantastic après-bike on the coast at night.
