I never have it on. I always find it feels better with nothing apart from on road sections (when I can be arsed). Just interested to see if people actually use it on trails?

Nope i don't.
when i had a hardtail, yes for road climbs but now on a trance hardly ever.

Yep, really like having it, but i've got silly long travel on a hardtail. Never used it when I had the same forks on a bouncy bike.
