I've been given a £100 gift voucher for teh evil CRC. I'd quite like to cut some weight off my bike without going too much over this value.
From the list of bits on the bike, below, I'm thinking some light/carbon bars or cranks(maybe too pricey) would be the main areas where I could save around 100g or more. Any other ideas? Apart from have a poo before I ride.

Probably not, but I can't see me saving more than ~100g without great expense, but I've never tried to select light parts before. I would like some wider bars which is an incentive for buying bars.
Might spend it on a bunch of chains/cassettes/endooro clothes instead.

You could also lose nearly 200g by switching to superstar delta evo magnesium ti flat pedals, but they cant be bought from CRC, so not much help with your voucher.

For that money, a 1x conversion? A lighter cassette? New grips and saddle to improve comfort?
100g will be unnoticeable.
Best put towards a lighter wheelset and tubeless tyres, or towards some forks ?

I like my Gravity Dropper a lot but due to it braking in my big fat hands I've been running an old school standard seat post and QR combo. It's been a bit of a revelation. I've not missed the convenience but have noticed a good weight difference. For the £100 voucher and £200 from the sale of the reverb you could drop a load more weight with a new wheel set and tubeless tyres
What cassette you got?
Tyres are tubeless and are only ever going to get heavier when they get changed into something more gnar.
Yeah I think it might be better spent on making myself look faster through bright coordinated clothing with enduro written on it somewhere.

Yeah this has crossed my mind. Do tend to ride winch up & steep down stuff with little inbetween. I do like the reverb though!

XT with 40t expander. hesitant to spend much on a wear and tear part though.
Stem and saddle.
At that spec i'd wait until June and put it towards 1x11 XT cassette shifter and mech (mech may work with 11sp) . Anything else would be changing for the sake of it and you won't notice the difference for £100.
Second might be a combination of i-spec xt shifter, mech, and 11-36 cassette, 42t and upping the front ring to 32, but 11speed is so close..

I too was going to suggest selling the reverb and swapping back to normal seat pin then get nice set of second hand light wheels 😆

Lighter racey tyres would be a good bet depending on your riding. There's over 400g difference in rotating weight between the Fire XC pro tyres I use for winter XC riding and the Specialized Purgatory / Ground Control combo I use the rest of the year. I can really tell the difference.
Reverb out, Ground control on front, Fast track on back, tubeless, XT cassette 11-36T, you won't need the 40T now, saddle.

Lightweight tyres aren't really an option on this bike, it's my funtimes full sus bike, just keen to get the weight a bit down from 31.5 lbs, it isn't thaaaat heavy but most rides are over 1000m climbing and I just generally like having a light bike beneath me going up or down. I have a nice light lurcher for xc duties.
Short of dropping a load of cash it doesn't look like I can remove anything very noticeable.

Those carboncycles bars just seem tooo light for the width!
SPDs and some fast shoes would save a decent amount of weight...

Yeah flats are pretty heavy, I'm trying to get back into being clipped in after a 17 year break from them, done 3 or 4 rides, still a total wuss clipped in though.
I have been mulling those sixc bars over, but really want a low rise bar as now on a 29er and finding the front a tad high with the current 20mm rise bars. Could go 35mm clamp but would have to buy stem too.
Is 11sp XT that much lighter than 1x10 with an expander? Will go read up on it.
I'd be tempted to look what's in the sale and go for a new carbon bar and stem. Not that'd you'd save much weight, but that bar and stem combo must be one of the heavier combo's commonly seen on a bike.
Alternatively spend it on some jazzy clothing.
You could just be boring and buy a new chain and cassette for when yours wear out.
I was going to recommend lighter rims like stans crest and then running your tyres tubeless (that's what I did) but I think your rims aren't too bad already.

On the subject of saddles, I can't look past the 135g Selle SLR. It's actually very comfy and they're available dirt cheap from eBay. You can save 100g here without the massive comfort penalty that I imagine comes with a cheese grater Tioga Spyder (I haven't ridden one).
Wheels would be my choice or see what decent carbon bars they have for a good price.

Get yourself an excel spreadsheet, put weights against everything and then add another set of rows for possible new parts and weights and cost.
Renthal Fatbar carbon will save you 100g, not the lightest carbon bar, but with an Apex stem is becomes lighter than the Raceface 35mm combo.

Rickon I thought Next cranks would save a load of weight but its more like 100-150g, for a lot of wonga.
My rims aren't much heavier than LB carbon jobbies either, not worth changing just for weight anyways.

Nukeproof electron pedals for about £30 (probably save 100 grammes there alone depending on what yer running now)

That way, when you're mates are stood around at the top of a hill waiting for you at least they'll be thinking about how snazzy you look rather than getting annoyed
To be fair, you could weigh your clothes and shoes, and bag and spares you take on a ride, and then look to reduce that. Probably over a kilo could be lost there too. Its not unsprung weight or rotating mass, but only your wheels and lowers are.
Reckon there's a good chunk if you went light XC carbon rims and dv revs, alu nipples.
But you'd be losing durability.
Ooo, KMC super light chain too. Loses a good chunk of weight.
On my bonkers light XC race build, back in the day, I ran KCNC X7 brakes, probably lose 200g there. Unfortunately they don't really work as brakes.
General rule of thumb for losing weight is:
First priority - Rotating Weight
Second - Centralize mass, so lose weight in the forks, bars, saddle, brakes and rear mech.
Third - any other weight saving, eg cranks and pedals.
So buy a new bar or saddle.
Stiff shimano XC shoes saved me almost 500grams over my other "downhill" style shoes.
The stiffness really helps me pedal quicker as well.
