Afternoon all. Apologies for another thread about Morzine.

I'm off there in a few weeks with a couple of mates. We've been loads of times before but I'm wondering how folk are getting on with the main Pleny lift being closed?

Is access to Les Gets ok? Is the Super-Morzine now super-busy?

If any STW'ers are in Morzine at the moment, i would very much appreciate an update.

cheers
Ade

Probably no different to the queues for the rest of the lifts which are pretty bad!

At least your hands will get a break from the breaking bumps while you queue each time

Our here now, the Pleney is closed but there's a chair lift to the right of it that's open. Then a second chair lift taking you to the same place (give or take 20 metres), its a lot slower than the Pleney was but gets you there. Into Les Gets the same way then 🙂 The Super Morzine has a new trail at the very top which is pretty good but braking bumps are appearing already. So all in all, pretty much the same mate 🙂

The second chair lift closes at 10:30ish becuase it's knackered. So you either need to get up the two lifts before then or catch the bus replacement service from the main road outside where the Pleney was.

Goes every 30-mins, you'll need to show your lift pass. To be honest it's quite nice to sit in the a/c for a bit.
