Myself and a couple of friends are out to Morzine late July to watch some of the tour and do some riding.
We've all been to the alps before and are average riders.
Looking for route suggestions or must do climbs/places.
140k + 4000M of elevation was our biggest day in the alps last time, looking at planning some just short of or around that.
Thanks in advance!

a couple of years ago I did Morzine - les gets - taninges - cluses - col d'columbiere - le grand bornand - and then back round to taninges via Bonneville - and then back up the hill to les gets morzine. That was a grand day out

a shorter ride is morzine - montriond - st jean d'aulps and then col du corbiere and then back round.

there's always avoriaz then back down via lake montriond.
