How far from lifts is it? A flat ride or am I gonna be slogging up a hill to get there?!

we used this last year for PDS
not quite as cheap as above but triple room was plenty big enough for all 3 of us .... great facilities and close to main lift & town centre.
hosts were great, very relaxed and let us use their spa facilities for showering etc on our last day after checkout

Isn't it Zeb not Seb? Awesome place though, with added Chief. And yeah, 10 mins easy spin to Super Morzine.
I assume you are aware the Pleney will be closed that week this year due maintenance? Only Les Gets and SuperMorzine open. Possibly the little chair next to Pleney, but that's still up in the air.

+1 for staying with Zeb at prgmtb, stayed there 2 years on the trot and will be again this year, which reminds me I should probably book that!
