Anyone got one? Wassit like? Have ordered one as they are currently £100 down from £200. Wouldn't have paid the RRP but look a good jacket for a oner. Went for my usual size Large but have had a large roadie top from them before which I had to exchange for XL. Be a shame if this is the same as there aren't any XL left. I'm 6'4" and 87kg for reference.

I'm also tempted at that price. I'm normally a large in their kit (6'2" 77Kg though was still L when 82kgish)

If that's the stuff made from coffee beans I heard it wasn't the most breathable fabric in the world, though was very sustainable/green

I have one but I've been saving it for rain and we've not really had any. It's their usual fit - so I tend to go up a size. It's light weight too (so great to layer with and ride on warmer wet days) - I've no evidence but I'd be treating it with some care, not barging through gorse bushes in it.

Hmmm, I do tend to do a bit of South Downs bramble bashing but a review on Grit or something CX related said it withstands that sort of thing well. Sounds like it might be too small anyway.

Yes, it is the coffee grounds one. I thought it wasn't as breathable as Goretex but not too far off and also stretchy and quiet which is what sold it to me

Order both a Large and XL on Tuesday. I thought I'd get both based on often being between sizes with a view of sending one (or both) back. I've been wanting to replace a Gore AlpX jacket that got damaged in a crash last Oct. The AlpX has been outstanding for the last 7 years but the latest version or equivalent isn't as good as didn't fit particularly nice.

Again, I wouldn't want to pay full RRP but it seemed a reasonable punt at £100 and also cheaper than some of the alternatives I was weighing up from Endura, Ion, etc.

Shame its not arrived as I went with the snow camo option 🙂

Yebbut if you'd crashed wearing the snow camo at the moment you might never have been found! Megachortz etc.

So anyone got one who has had some use out of it?
