Hi all,
Does this have a connectamajig?
If it does is it easy to remove and fit a standard barb? Apparently this will be too long to go in my new frame as a 170mm drop unless it's with a standard barb (Not connectamajig).
I've googled it and can't really see the difference.

The one in the picture you linked to looks to have the shortened barb anyway. If yours has the connectamajig just disconnect it from the post in the usual way then cut it off the hose and replace with the barb then bleed the post. The part no of the new barb is 11.6815.022.010. Doing this increases the max insertion length of the post but shortens the hose quite a bit so you may need to get a new hose.

Is the "strain relief" one even shorter?
yes I think the new strain relief one is shorter still but I don't think that part is available to buy individually.
