Mentions a cycle route and "northshore" on their website, worth a look?

Worth a go i would say. It's a family orientated bit of singletrack so don't expect anything technical, if you go a reasonable speed though it can be fun. That said its not got any real flow to it. The northshore stuff is s good crack though - it's fairly small
But there's some fun stuff there, there's also some good downhill sections behind the northshore park if you go looking. All in all it's a good laugh for a couple of hours - don't expect it to blow you away though.

much better ridden after dark and in reverse as it flows better, at this time of year i wouldn't ride it during the day as the visitors walk their dogs and children along it even tho it's a cycle route! there's a lot of singletrack around the back of moors valley thru verwoood and ringwood forest if you look for it, don't park at the valley itself as it's not cheap but if you drive a mile up the road there's a pub called the "three legged cross" it's ok to park there.

The blue route is 7km in length, never rode it the opposite way, although I did meet two people riding it the other way last week!

It's good fun flat out need to go early in the morning to avoid walkers. Most of the north shore is far too big for me to play on.

Yes, the annoying rocks on the outside of the corners get more fun the faster you go 🙂
