Specific requirement is to ride Mont Ventoux so accommodation needed fairly close by, complete with transfer. Will probably be flying so airport collection would be useful.

Thanks. 🙂

Cant help with the accomodation or holiday company but if you flying into Avignon its a really nice city with plenty to do and worth a night or 2 there.

Thanks for replying dobo. Is Avignon the nearest airport then?

I think so but would have limited flights depending when you go, maybe a bigger airport would be required.

I'm sure the guy that runs it may be on an end of season holiday, someone mentioned that on Bikeradar, good feedback on the Bikeradar forum about VeloVentoux.

I have stayed with Enty of Veloventoux years back, nice bloke with lots of local knowledge, its end of season so he is probably back here on holiday I would imagine, worth hanging on for a reply, you wont go far wrong with him.

S'ok, just contacted him and he's now heard from them. He saw the BikeRadar reviews. Thanks again. 🙂

Edit: thanks tragically. Nice to hear another good review. 8)

Yep, Craig is a good bloke and Faucon is a nice village.

You will have a good time with VeloVentoux.

Lots of other great road riding in the area too.

Have a look at Bikecation. I am not 100% sure what their model is but I know my mate Rob Penn has something to do with it, so more than happy to recommend on that basis 🙂
