I've got my heart set on some WTB Nano 40c tyres. But before I ask you all where I can buy them (as they are proving rather elusive) are there any other recommendations for alternative rubber I should be considering?

Conti cross King 42c from Ribble. I use one on the back of my test Tripster and a mahoosive Kenda slant 6 1.8 on the front. Both are excellent. 😀

I put some 1.8 Bontrager 29er tyres on my CX bike the other day. They're great! Loads of mud room at the front but the rear is a little tight.
