I won a bit of the dark side and have (to my delight and mild terror) got to train to ride the full Tour of Flanders. 244km.

So, I'm on a Terrahawk Training Plan™ which says intervals on Monday. So only if authorised. Or maybe we could all do intervals and you can share my pain? No? 😀

I'm in! I'll probably be horrendously over-biked for the Prestwich Alps after an 'incident' last night has left the P7 feeling very sorry for itself. I can say that really steep, rocky descents are greatly enlivened when your headset bearings collapse half way down. 😳

Fire up the Intense!!!

I have disposed of all my (2) bikes at present and am unlikely to have attached my bix of bits to their new frame by monday.
Can someone take some stabilisers for wittonweavers as he may well have forgotten how to ride a bike?

Great! We did that one two years ago, it was enormous fun. We can compare notes on Monday. TTTP™ has been suitably adjusted. 😀

You won't like it.

It's got silly sized wheels and everyfink.

It's made in a mysterious land in the east that they call Yaaarkshire.

It was a blimmin steal.

Did I mention you won't like it?

OK, I'm going to have to bail on tonight, got a borked front brake which is leaking around the piston. I don't have the time to investigate it tonight but with it being a shimano I expect its new caliper time (no damned spare parts....)
Have a good one gents.

Well that was a little bit mucky! A bit like riding through porridge!

Good fun though! 😀

I enjoyed the trip to the pub & back. Loose wire in battery was the cause.
