HtS I am still ok for Monday but i was thinking of perhaps changing the location just slightly to The Brewhouse at Dunscar BL1 7LG

Are you ok with this? If so can you amend your post for clarity!

Your best work yet.

Can we get some t-shirts done?

I feel bad now...!

As well as changing the pub, i have unilaterally decided to change the ride - my prerogative if slightly dictatorial!

We are going up Winter Hill again (providing there is no mutiny). Different route to last time although it will inevitably involve climbing the mast road. Going to incorporate San Marino as well so need to keep the emergency services on their toes!

There will be plenty of fast downhill to make that uphill slog worthwhile!

Binners - i would be tempted to drive over rather than ride...

Yay! The San Marino is what you slog up winter hill for. I've not ridden it for a while. Might bring the bouncy bike out for a play then, in that case

Harry - we could indeed get t-shirts done 😀

You need to sort the spelling out first.

You can't colour things in AND spell. Its not humanly possible. Its difficult enough trying to keep the felt tips between the lines 😉

How do.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of a few of us it looks like tonight’s ride is off (and the weather is crap).

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Obviously there’s nothing stopping anybody going out, but the scheduled ride will be without Squadron Leader Craig DFC, VC, B&Q etc, and a couple of the tail gunners.

Ideas for next week?

Blimey! That was uncanny timing! You getting all telepafi…. erm…. talipethi… errrr….. Clinton Baptiste on us?

[img] [/img]

Can I make a keeeraaaaaaazy, bonkers, off-the-wall suggestion? Why don't we do the ride we were going to do tonight…. next week instead?

I know… I know… I'm mad, me…..

Should I point out that the weather down here looks to be lovely for a night ride?

There's more to it than the weather.

We'll be out somewhere next week and back up to Rivi when the time is right.
