Even with 300 psi in it it sags to about 60%.

What has broken?

I used to run rebound at the half way point of late it's been on its second slowest setting.

Ps I'm 13 stone.

I would guess at sucked down, air pressure in the negative chamber is compressing the shock.

I would do an air can serice and inspect (as its free), the air can is going to come off with a bang so be careful.

It's still under warranty is it something they should honour?

Could be a compression circuit failure if its sagging that much.

If its under warranty I'd be sending it back in
