I know what I want to do to the compression shim stack of my brand new shock but I'm buggered if I can fine a guide to help me. My google fu is low.....
Can anyone help? Is it just a case of unscrewing the main can and do I need to top up any oil when done?
Thanks. Millions.
What exactly are you looking to do? The compression valving on an RC3 is controlled via the valves into the piggyback. You'd need to disassemble the whole thing, and recharge the IFP. Not an easy job I am afraid!
I would like to remove a shim to reduce the compression damping as per this thread:

Not easy is fine but I do need a guide!
Look at the rockshox service manuals, they'll show you every step in rebuilding the shock.
