Quite a lot in the press about this review and what it will mean for existing bases. However, I see that there is a plan to create a large new training area in Scotland - probably in the borders. This will be worth keeping an eye on as we are likely to see the wholesale removal of access over thousands of acres of currently open countryside.
On a more local basis, it'll be interesting to see what happens to Dreghorn Barracks and how it affects the tracks and paths beside that.
